Right of withdrawal

You may cancel your contract for any reason within 14 days in writing (letter, fax or email) or by returning the product before any deadline.The deadline begins after receipt of this notification, but not before receipt of the goods by the customer (in the event of recurring deliveries of similar goods, not before the first of the deliveries) and not before fulfilling our obligation under Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1.1 of the EGBGB. Withdrawal considerations
 

The consequences of an active return may result in damages to both parties. If you cannot return the received goods to us totally, partially or in a worsened condition, you must carry to the extent necessary damages in lost value. This does not apply when product defects are discovered upon initial examination- as would be the case in any brick and mortar store. In general, you can avoid damages resulting from product defects by avoiding its use, and by treating the product not as your personal property. Product returned per post are shipped at our risk. The buyer must bear the cost of return shipping, if the delivered product corresponds to what was ordered, and if the value of the retuned goods does not exceed 40 Euros or higher at the time of return, or when a contractually agreed upon partial payment was not received. Otherwise returns are without charge. Items that cannot be shipped per post will be picked up for you. Outstanding balances on merchandise must be fulfilled within 30 days.The 30 day period begins for you when either the merchandise or cancellation was sent. Our 30 day period begins upon receipt of the merchandise in question.
